There is no alternatives of daily exercise to keep your body fit and also makes you feel better, reduce excess weight and improve your immune system.

The necessities of daily exercise:
1.    Decreases the risk of heart disease and stroke;
2.    Makes your bones strong;
3.    Increase your energy level;
4.    It leads to positive attitude and better sleep.
Daily exercise does not take much more time. It just take few minutes from your daily routine and enhances  your healthy life style.
